How to Permanently Mass Delete All Emails in Gmail

In this short guide, I will explain how to do this and include screen shots. In just minutes, you will be able to delete your Massive on mail on Gmail.

Step 1: Go to your inbox


Step 2: Click on the drop down button as shown below and click on All

On the picture you will see the message: All 50 conversations on this page are selected. Click on the message “Select all 1,548 conversations in All Mail”.


All 1,548 concersations in All Mail are selected. You have an option to Clear the selection and it will back to normal.


Step 3: Once this is done click on the “bin” icon as shown below:


Step 4: A pop up message will shown Please Click Ok, See the picture below:

Confirm Buck action. This action will affect all 1,548 conversations in All Mail. Are you sure you want to continue.


Step 5: Confirm Deletion – Please Click Ok again, See the picture below: You will have 30 days to recover any deleted emails.

Moving conversations from All Mail to the Trash will remove them from all views, including labels and search results. Are you sure you want to move the only copy to the Trash?
